2. What data we process
We collect only the information needed for the form you use: email address, name and message; phone is optional in the contact form and required for landlord enquiries. Room enquiries also include the room, dates, language and the page URL from which they are sent.
To prevent abuse, reCAPTCHA may process technical data such as IP address, browser information and interaction signals. We do not request special-category data.

The form checkbox confirms that you have read this information. We will not use your data for email advertising without asking for specific consent.
4. Recipients and transfers
We do not sell your data. It may be accessed by providers acting for Hoomielike: Brevo (email delivery), Vercel (hosting), Supabase (operational room and availability data), Google (reCAPTCHA, Tag Manager and Analytics, the latter only with consent), Usercentrics/Cookiebot (consent management) and Mapbox (maps).
Some providers may process information outside the European Economic Area. Where this happens, GDPR safeguards such as adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses apply.
5. How long we keep it
We keep enquiries while handling them and, as a general rule, for up to 24 months after the last interaction. If a contract begins, information is retained for applicable statutory periods and while liabilities may arise. Technical records are kept only as long as needed for security and fraud prevention.
6. Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction or portability, and withdraw consent without affecting earlier processing. Email hello@hoomielike.com with your request and, only where necessary, information that allows us to verify your identity.
You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
Our services are not directed at anyone under 18. We may update this policy when the website, providers or law changes; the date above identifies the current version.
